2/17/19 Construction Begins

The commencement of construction for the new project will begin on February 17 on the south end of the site; the north parking lot will remain in service to the public. It is our intention to keep the community informed of construction occurring on the site on a regular basis. We continue to work closely with the MBTA to ensure access to the MBTA North Quincy Station.

Over the next three weeks, the following construction activities will take place: fencing and directional signage will be installed, existing lights and trees will be removed, erosion and sediment controls will be set, asphalt will be scraped and deep drainage work will begin.

11/15/16 Neighborhood Workshop

North Quincy Partners LLC will be holding a neighborhood workshop along with Ward 3 Councilor Ian Cain and Ward 6 Councilor William Harris to discuss the proposed redevelopment of the North Quincy MBTA station.

The upcoming meeting will be a workshop format encouraging participation by the neighbors and local businesses. A conceptual plan for discussion will be presented focusing on a transit oriented design for retail and residential uses.

North Quincy Partners LLC will be seeking your input, ideas as well as concerns that may require further study and analysis. The workshop will be held at the Kennedy Center, 440 E Squantum St., Quincy on November 15th beginning at 6 PM. Residents can RSVP with Taylor Howell by email at taylor@htmcomms.com.
